We're at SA Live this afternoon making Cowboy Biscuits, just in time for the last week of rodeo. They are a dog friendly version of the classic Cowboy Cookie. Our version swaps Carob Chips for Chocolate along with coconut and oats. Today we are making these biscuits from our Gluten Free Dog Treat Mix - a blend of coconut, oats, and brown rice flour.
Katie's Jar Gluten Free Dog Treat Mix
(Or use 12 oz. Gluten Free Flour)
1 cup of Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Water or Milk
2oz Carob Powder
2oz Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)
2oz Rolled Oats
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or sand-up mixer.
Roll out dough and use cookie cutters or spread our dough in a jelly pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool before serving, store in the fridge for freshness
